LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Officials in LaGrange County are launching a study on future developments along State Road 9.

The LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation has commissioned an engineering firm to begin a study this month, with a final master plan expected to be complete early next year, on water, sewer, gas, electric and telecommunications infrastructures on either side of the road from the Indiana-Michigan State Line to the town of LaGrange.

They’re looking for sites that can be used for development on projects ranging from commercial to residential.

Officials have hired Kentucky-based GRW Engineer, which has a location in Indianapolis, to do the study.
