FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): We’ll soon find out where the first batch of Regional Cities funding in the northeast Indiana will be spent.

The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership will be holding a press conference tomorrow afternoon in downtown Fort Wayne to make the announcement.

WOWO news reported last month that the first grant recipient will be the Skyline Tower project downtown, and tomorrow’s announcement is likely to formalize it.

Mayor Tom Henry will be on hand, as well as reprsentatives from the Partnership and Great Lakes Capital, the same firm that is developing the Skyline Plaza apartments.

We’ll have more on this story tomorrow.
