FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The Headwaters Park Outdoor Ice Rink will reopen for its 16th season this Saturday, Nov. 17, at 11 a.m.

The Lincoln Financial Group is again the corporate sponsor for the season, which will last through Sunday, March 3, 2019.

Admission fees will remain the same as previous seasons: $3 for children 13 years and younger, and $5 for those 14 and older. There is also a $2 charge to rent skates, though skaters may also bring their own.

Hours of operation are as follows:

• Monday through Thursday
  • 1 – 8 p.m.
• Friday
  • Noon – 10 p.m.
• Saturday
  • 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sunday
  • Noon – 8 p.m.

*Note: There will be extended holiday hours, though the rink will be closed on Christmas Day (Tuesday, Dec. 25).

Free parking is available in the Headwaters Park lot, with access from Clinton and Barr streets.
