**UPDATE** Police report she has been found safe at an apartment community on the south side of Fort Wayne.
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.
The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Mary L. Perry. She is a 69-year-old black female, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 175 pounds, blonde hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a multicolored knee length top and black pants.
She was last seen on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 5:30 pm in Fort Wayne and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
