SPENCERVILLE, Ind. WOWO:  A St. Joe man is dead and two kids were sent to the hospital after a single car crash in Spencerville.

According to our partners in new at 21 Alive, 34-year-old Andrew Kuder was driving his vehicle Friday afternoon, south near the 6700 block of State Road 1, when he lost control. The car then struck a tree between the front and rear doors on the passenger side. Kuder was pronounced dead on the scene.

A 10-year-old girl who was in the rear passenger seat suffered a broken leg and had to be extracted from the vehicle. An eight-year-old boy, sitting in the backseat on the driver's side, suffered a concussion. Both kids were taken to the hospital. So far it’s unknown if the two kids were Kuder's.
