VAN WERT, Ohio (WOWO) — Residents are being asked to put the leaves in paper biodegradable bags and place them curbside by 7 a.m. each Monday.

If leaves are not in placed in paper biodegradable bags and by the curb, they will not be picked up.

Brush will not be accepted.
