Victims of Indianapolis Bus Crash Identified

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): A youth pastor and his pregnant wife are among the three people who died in yesterday's bus crash in Indianapolis. The bus, filled mostly with teenagers returning from a camp in Michigan, struck a retaining wall and flipped on its side. Troy Riggs with the Department of Public Safety says officials spent all day today combing the scene for clues. Chad Phelps and his wife, Courtney Phelps, died in the accident. Chad is the son of the church's main pastor. Courtney Phelps was pregnant and due next month. Their 2-year-old son was also on the trip, but survived. The third victim is identified as Tonya Weindorf, a mother of five who was a chaperone.
