HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): Some more bad job news for Huntington.

Ecolab has announced it’s cutting 20 full-time jobs by eliminating third shift production. 21Alive reports the water, hygiene and energy technology company told its 111 employees about the plan, saying the rest of the employees on that shift will be shifted to the first and second shifts.

An Ecolab spokesman called the decision “difficult, but necessary.”

Huntington is no stranger to bad job news after finding out in February UTEC would be moving to Mexico, taking 700 jobs with it.
